We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times.

In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation. These products should not be used if snow is present or they should be taken down if snow is expected for the area. West coast frame tent is the most durable choice for many events.

Identification and flame certificate labels are heat bonded to each top. All panels are bonded with 1 heat sealed overlapped seams.
